Story

As a Berlin chilli manufaktur, 100% natural and 100% flavour are what matter most to us in everything we do. Our mildest sauce, La Mexicana, is a perfect example. Free of artificial additives, it wins you over with the taste of a Mexican salsa. Tomato, paprika, cumin and coriander meet the mild heat and the typical aroma of jalapeño. And it is not only us who see it that way: at the 2025 National Chilli Awards it convinced across the board, taking Gold and category winner in the mild chilli sauces category as the best of its class. For us it is always about the full, deep flavour; the heat comes from the chillies, which fit into the product but never take centre stage.

Pairings

• As the sauce on your sandwich it lifts it to a new level and turns it into a taste experience of a special kind
• For tacos, enchiladas and burritos it is the perfect topping and gives them that certain Mexican flavour
