Industry pass terms

Short, because there is not much to it. The pass is free and nothing is sold on this page.

Who it is for

Press, creators and trade buyers. We check requests against that and may decline one that is not, without giving a reason.

It is a request, not a confirmation

Places at the preview are limited. You are on the list once we email you to say so — that email is the pass.

Named, not transferable

The pass is issued to you by name. If you cannot come, tell us and we will free the place rather than passing it on yourself.

Colleagues

Anyone you add gets their own place under these same terms, and hears from us directly.

What it covers

The industry preview at the next Berlin Chili Fest, in early December 2026 — tasting and access to the makers before the public doors — and entry to the festival for the rest of that weekend. The exact date, the times and the venue are still being confirmed; we email them to everyone on the list as soon as they are set, and this page is updated at the same time.

What it does not cover

Anything you buy on site: bottles, food and drinks are paid for at the stalls. Your travel and accommodation are your own.

On the night

Over-18s only, and the venue's own house rules apply. Bring something with your name on it.

If things change

We may move, shorten or cancel the preview. We will email you if we do. We cannot cover travel, accommodation or anything else you booked around it.

Photography

Press events get photographed and filmed, and those images may be used to report on the festival. Tell us or the photographer on the night if you would rather not be in them.

German law applies. Berlin is the place of performance.
