This covers the industry pass form only. The full policy sits behind the link at the bottom and governs everything else on the site.
- What we ask for
- Your name, your email, whether you are press, a creator or trade, and — if you add them — the emails of colleagues coming with you.
- Why
- To put you on the door list for the festival and email you your pass details. Nothing else.
- Legal basis
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before we let you in. Colleague emails rest on our legitimate interest in running a door list, Art. 6(1)(f).
- Who sees it
- Us, and the door on the night. Our processors are listed in the full policy — the database is hosted in Frankfurt.
- What we do not do
- No advertising, no selling or sharing your details with makers or sponsors, no tracking cookies. Our analytics are self-hosted and do not identify you.
- How long
- For this festival and two years after it, so we know who we have already invited.
- Your rights
- Access, correction, deletion, objection, and a copy of what we hold. Email us and we will do it.
If you add a colleague's email, please tell them — they get an email from us and the same rights over their data as you have over yours.
