Become a founding member of the European Heat Council.
Most European consumers do not know craft hot sauce exists. The job of explaining the whole category falls to whoever is standing at the stall that weekend. Usually you, on your own.
€150 a year. Same price for everyone. Invoiced once the Council legally exists, and not before. The form asks where you stand on it about halfway through — nothing is committed before that, and nothing is billed until there is a Council to bill it.

The Council does not legally exist yet.
Which legal form is right depends on how many members it has, so the makers get asked first and the entity gets formed second.
Your answer is part of what settles it.
Until then the entity behind this site is Austin & Gardner GbR, trading as Republic of Heat, in Berlin. That is the name on the Impressum. It is not the name on your invoice: no membership is billed until the Council exists and can bill it itself.
